Shipping & Returns
We trust you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason the item is not to your satisfaction, please return the new, unused item within 7 days of delivery.
• Any return for a refund may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the return is a result of our mistake.
• Custom Orders are not eligible for return, unless the return is a result of our mistake.
• All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
• We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost/damaged in transit.
• Refunds in the original form of payment will be issued.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We are based in the UAE , but ship all over the world via Curriers .We do our best to get things to you as quickly as possible.All orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after receiving a payment.(except Items With Pre-Order Status) .Domestic orders are shipped via Fastest Curriers.
We use Emirates Post Economy Plus Service for all standard orders shipped internationally with transit time of 2-3 weeks.
We are NOT responsible for items that are delayed , Damaged or lost in shipment. Please contact the Currier (Post Office) for more information on lost , Damaged or delayed items.
If you would like to add express shipping, please contact us before you place your order to allow for time & price adjustments.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full KG.
