Tracking: A tracking number is provided for all international orders once dispatched.
Carpets & Large Items: For international shipment, carpets can be shipped without frame to reduce size and cost. Please contact us to discuss options.
Important: International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs charges applicable in their country. CraftiHouse is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. For lost, damaged or delayed international shipments, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, UAE customers may return unused items within 7 days of delivery.
